Manager– If you’ve got an eye for quality barbecue, a desire to keep crowds happy and want to kick start your career, a manager position may just be for you. Our managers make sure every Rib Shack BBQ employee is happy and satisfied. Only catch is this can’t be your first rodeo (That means there’s a little experience required.)
BBQ Pit Master – The GrillMaster. The King of the Grill. Though behind the scenes, you are truly the star of the show. From assembling the perfect pulled pork sandwich to mastering our signature 2-step wing making process, your work is what makes Rib Shack memorable. Think you can take the heat?
Sauce Savants – Think of yourself as a flavor finder, a taste matchmaker. Your job is to take each customer on a sauce-inspired journey of the south. Are they sweet? Spicy? Tangy? Or everything above? More than just operating a cash register, you’re the last face a future Rib Shack fanatic sees before taking their first bite.
And don’t worry, you’ll get plenty of experiencing developing your own sauce profile. Every Rib Shack staff member gets a free case of sauces to take home your first week on the job!
